after moving into a new henry boot home about 8 years ago,it appears the cold water pipe under the floating floor has been leaking.probably since the house was built.this is the second one to go on my road and i know they changed their plumbers on completion but has anyone else experienced similar with henry boots?

i forgot to add the house is off worcester road in grantham,henry bootys currently are still building in grantham,but my wife was told no one would look at itnd she should have found it when we checked the house over on purchase,(under the floorboards?)
