I have a clogged sink drain that my roomate attacked with the plunger. Well, it’s still clogged and we now have water coming up from the drain. The water coming up is clear with no odor and it’s usually warm or hot. It fills the sink at least a couple times a day although it did drain once for a few hours before water filled the sink again. None of the other sinks or anything are having any problems. Can anyone tell me what is going on here and how I can fix this.

The pipe that your sink drains in is partly stopped. you need a cable run through the pipe. to open it. The sink above you is connected to same pipe and when they drain it it backs up into yours.
