You could shut off the water ,take the faucet apart,turn the water back on and feel the water to see if hot is coming through.Be best if you had some help to do this.If hot is coming through,you know that something in the faucet is restricting the flow and most likely the faucet needs repaired.If hot isn’t coming through,you got a problem in the hot supply,maybe a plugged line or valve closed,check other fixtures to see if they have hot water.DONT TURN THE WATER ON ALL THE WAY TO TEST FOR FLOW,JUST ENOUGH TO HEAR WATER RUNNING IN THE PIPE AND NOT VERY LONG.
