When I’m in the shower the toilet has large air bubbles coming up. Is this a sign of worse to come? I rent the house. It has a septic system rather than sewer (if that makes sense). I’ve not noticed any bubbles any other time. Thank you for any advice.

Sounds like the pipe is partly stoped up.
