Condo bought with honeywell v8043d valves- I feel these valves are improper for the purpose –however i am unable to find any info about the valves. Honerwell has not helped. The valves seem to have a small hole machined in them which lets water flow through even when valve shuts off. I would appreciate any info or a place to get a cutout of these valves. Thanks

They all have a little hole in to let a small amount of water circulate. Go to there web site.
