Polybutlelene pipe was installed in 93. It recently broke & cost $3,500 to replace. Where can I find information about the re call of Polybutlene and the class action lawsuit?

I had the same problem. Go to pbpipe.com regarding the lawsuit. However, just an FYI that they are very, very stingy about having you qualify for replacement of your existing plumbing. They make it sound easy on the website, but there are tons of loop holes and red tape involved. I did not find them helpful or friendly. I hope you have better luck than I did…we had to pay $4000 out of pocket to replace our plumbing as they would not cover it. (This was after approximately $20,000 worth of damage was done to our house from a large break in the plumbing. Whatever you do…get it fixed as the plumbing will break time and time again. GOOD LUCK!
