We have 70psi pressure on our pressure tank in the basement but the pulsing shower head does not seem to work properly. Is this because of lack of pressure ,volume or is it missing an orifice in the shower head? Any solutions?

It could be missing parts are it is broke. Take it off and turn on water and see how much comes out ,try to soak it in vinegar and see if it works some time lime buildup gets in there.
