When I flush my toilet water moves into the bowl and flirts to about two inches from the top of the bowl. It then drains at moderate rate with very little water pressure. It often requires a few flushes to get toilet paper out of the bowl.

I have snaked the pipes, and it seems there is no blockage. The water level in the tank was over the marked line, but after adjusting the ball stop down several positions the bowl levels seem fine, but the water pressure is very poor.

        Ideas?
