I need to know how to get the trombone noise out of the pipes in the house. It comes on every time you turn a faucet on or run the washer.
        What is the deal….
        Thank you

Sounds like you have a loose washer in a valve, but when you say it does it all the time you turn water on leads me to think it is your main valve are PRV wheich has a loose washer in.

You probably have a bad ballcock in a stool.Turn the water off to the stool or stools and try turning on the water .I doubt you got a loose washer.I think tired plbg. has got a loose washer or ‘swellow’ washer.Let us know what the problem is when you find out
