Hot Water in Bathtub

        The there is very little flow in the hot water in the guest bathtub/shower. It was put in about 1960 and has seperate hot and cold faucets. The flow/pressure for the cold water is fine but the hot water barely flows in either the bathtub or the shower mode. Any thoughts?

          Sounds like you might have a swellow washer in the faucet HW side.

            Tired plbg,what is a swellow washer?Been plumbing for 35 years and never heard of one of those kind of washers

              You may have corrosion build up in the valve body or stem.
