I have a 300 ft. well with very-high mineral content. After 1 year, I was getting hardly any water, so I pulled the pump, and it was covered with a white, flaky substance that was a little “crunchy”. It has no odor to it. I assumed it was calcium deposits. The pump was completely clogged with this stuff, so I put in a new pump. But it continues to be a problem. Any suggestions on what I can do to help the problem?
