        Thank you for your reply, but… My overflow does not have the 1/4″ hose – it is of a different style. Also, the water does not enter from the rim, but from the bottom in a large swirl. I have a Briggs one-piece – not sure of the model #, maybe 4100?.

          Then it need an ajustment.
