3/8″ braided line and 1/2″ Water valves

        I bought a Kohler faucet and was unpleasantly surprised to discover that the nuts on the braided lines that came with it are 3/8″ compression and my water shut off valves are standard 1/2″ Are there adapters that I can buy short of replacing the water valves which I do not want to do? What kind of adapter would I need to look for? Thanks.

          If it is 1/2″ comp. valve then get a 1/2″x 3/8″ comp. coupling and a 1/2″ tube and fit it to the 3/8″.
