Help please, I have a glowworm swiftflow central heating boiler and the pressure has gone up to 3 and the highest is only 4.
        The recommended setting is 0.7.

Does anybody know how to lower the pressure ?

Thanks in anticipation of your cooperation

        Regards, Graham

Usually the water feed valve is shut off by a hand valve and the excess water pressure is drained. The pressure regulator is repaired, the expansion (accumulator) tank is adjusted, and the pressure range is normal.
