The question applies to accessories provided with outdoor BBQs or garage installations where a sink is included, for example next to an outdoor BBQ unit or a garage sink. The “sink” has connections for a hose for the incomming water (hot and cold) and a “sump” for the dranage to be pumped out into a standpipe or sewer. A pump for the “sump” may or may not be included. These are “portable” products in that they have wheels or are intended to be moved for storage or cleaning.
Are there any plumbing codes that would apply? Is a hose connection suitable for potable water? Is a waste storage system permissible?

Check with your local Plbg. inspector, seems like you should have a hose bib VB on it.
