I can’t find the cause of a odor under the kichen sink. My home is barely 4 yrs old. The smell does not seem to come from the sink drain. I don’t see any leaks. My only guess is that it’s coming from the pvc pipe which the dishwasher drains into. The dishwasher is 4yrs old and there is no standing water in the dishwasher itself when i use it. so i am at a loss. anay adive is welcomed. [email protected]

Is the trap vented, it could be losing its trap seal, check and see if it has water in it, it could be a loose connection under the sink connections.
