I have a Norodyne unit in my attic that my outdoor air conditioner is hooked to. It also has an Electrotherm heater in it.
Recently, the heater quit working. The thermostat works but since the heater isn’t working, the fan runs constantly.
There’s probably a dozen different reasons why this is happening but given that my thermostat and blower seems to be working okay, is there anyone who could be kind enough to narrow it down for me and offer some suggestions on what I can check.
I’m an amateur so please be patient with me.

Usually the heat delay relay in the power panel goes bad first and requires replacement. Have a pro repair it as working in tight spaces with 230 volts and no people around to drag you out is inconvenient if not fatal.
