I’m remodeling my house, build in the 50’s. It has hard copper tubing, don’t know if it’s red or blue copper. I am concerned about the
lead in the soldered joints. Also what is the life expectancy of copper pipe. I appreciate your reply. Thanks, Hubert. -
I dont think you have to worry about that , my house had 50/50 solder too and I use the water for 27 yrs. anyway the pipe gets a coating in it and I think it stops all that.
