        I have a Reliance Sta-Kleen 805 water heater that is about 5 years old. About 2 weeks ago our hot water start turning brown. The cold water is always clear. Is the water heater going/gone bad?

          Sounds like your heater is rusting out are something else in heater.

            Got any galvanised pipe leading into the hot water system ?
