I have a hot water faucet on a bathroom sink that leaks. It is your standard two handle type faucet. There does not seem to be a stop on the hot. When I turn it off it slows and almost completely stops then as I continue to turn the knob, the water comes back on. What is the problem and how do I repair this?

you have to tighten the bonnet a little more.That will make faucet stop turnning, you might have to play with it a little.
