The pilot light on our Reliance 606 water heater keeps going out. May be put out by condensation dripping on it. Is this a common problem? We don’t like cold showers – Any suggestions??

Sounds to me you are in need of an experienced gas serviceperson as I would not like to suggest to you how to go about fixing this fault on your own.
The costs of hiring a properly qualified person to do the job will be well worth it and will increase the lifespan of the appliance itself.
