I’m repiping my 2 flat and my plumbers had a leak in new copper water pipe fitting and before I close up the wall I wanted to make sure it was fixed permanently.
He says you just drain line, reheat and add solder and if it doesn’t leak again then it is fine.
What is recommended? Does one cut out the fitting?
