Apparantly there was a manufacturing defect with your toilets in the 1980’s. Four toilets within houses in my
neighborhood, have cracked and created major water damage over the past several months. Crane toilets were put into the
developement 16-17 years ago by the builders. It has come to my attention that their is a pending law suit against Crane
for 1 major incident. I PRESENTLY HAVE 3 CRANE TOILETS WHICH I WOULD LIKE REPLACED. WILL YOU BE ‘RECALLING’ OR REPLACING TO AVOID FURTHER LAW SUITS. PLEASE DIRECT ME ASAP, TO THE PROCEDURE I SHOULD FOLLOW.
        THANK YOU,
        Wendy Deval

this is what i would do… get the dammage fixed through your homeowners ins. and have the toilets replaced with toto toilets. The name is gay, but I think they are great. Have them replaced by a pro plumber. I doubt if you do any good trying to hunt down money from a old recall on toilets.
