We had our flapper in the toilet replace few months ago. Since then, the level of water in the bowl is always very low even if the level in the tank is fine.
How want we adjust the level of water in the bowl?

check and make sure the refill tube was not pushed out of the way when the flapper was replaced. also some flappers are made for 1.6 toilets and shut off early make sure you have the right flapper

How do I know what kind of flapper is installed?
I check and the refill tube is in place.
