I am going to install a corner mounted toilet in my bathroom could someone tell me how to measure for this it has a spacing of 12 inches to the center of the flange thanks Bob

The flange has to set at least 12″ from both back walls. Whatever your actual measurement is, it has to be the same to both walls in order for it to look proper.
