I have a RELIANCE Self-Cleaning Gas 808 water heater that is 6 years old. The bottom has
rusted out and water has leaked in my garage, through the wall, and into my house. It is supposed to last 8 years. Is there anyone I can contact from the company about this matter? I purchased from a store that has since gone out of business. Please contact me as soon as possible it there is anything I can do. Thanx -
Clarinda, You should contact a plumber and install a new heater so your family can get hot water FIRST!!
trying to contact the manufacturer for warranty information takes time!
After you have hot water in your house THEN you can persue warranty issues at your leisure!
As NICK HYDRO pointed out in an earlier post!
