        I have a moen posi-temp faucet with the 1222 cartridge. The faucet leaks slightly when turned off. Would the 96988 cartridge repair kit solve my problem or do I need to buy a replacement 1222 cartridge? I know the cartridge removal tool comes with a replacement cartridge, but does the 96988 repair kit also have this tool?

          call moen directly they warrant the faucet against drips indefinitly they’ll send you a new cartridge free 1 (800) 321-moen as far as the tool goes a pair of needle nose pliers works just as well
