I live in a townhouse and 2 of my toilets run every 30 minutes (one down stairs and one up stairs)what could be causing them to run and what can I try to fix the problem before calling a plumber?

flappers are worn out’the water you hear running is bimply the fill valves doing there job trying to refill the tank
