I have recently moved into a house that is completely plumbed with Polybutylene piping. I have come to find out that these products have been discontinued and are no longer manufatured. I have also come to find out that there has been a class action law suite in the recent past. Can any one give me some information on how I might go about making a claim.

You have been mnisinformed; polybutylene is still widely used throughout the world. Lawsuits have claims for some home plumbing systems within the US.
