I have been told that I should put chlorine in my system, but I can’t figure out how to do so.
        I have a Meyers pump.

WHOA there big guy WHO TOLD YOU to use chlorine?

Did the teller give you a pH reading?

Did they give you specifications on the “injector” pump?

Did they tell you how many PPM of chlorine you need?

Is chlorine compatable with your piping?

When ever I used an injector for chemical applications I had installed certain safe guards to prevent overdosing the systems.

Many boilers steam and steam for processing and chill water system do have a need for chemicals to prevent fouling and inhibit corrosion.

Are you trying to kill bacteria?

If bacteria is present what type?

Be careful when using chlorine as it can be fatal

Thanks for your reply. I’ll have to check with the well digger that told my wife about the clorine.
