I PURCHASED THE HOUSE IN FEB. 2001 AND IT HAS A RICHMOND ELECTRIC WATER HEATER THAT WAS INSTALLED 10/6/97, A TAG SAYING MOR-FLO AMERICAN WATER HEATERS IS ALSO LISTED ON IT. IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND WE DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER AS OF SAT. 6/15/02/WOULD IT BE UNDER WARRANTY?

depends on the model of the heater my dear!
all makes and models have different warranties!Your make model and serial number should be listed on the heater.
Your water heater was manufactured by AMERICAN for HOME DEPOT under the MOR-FLO name.
If your warranty is not listed anywhere on the tank itslef, you should contact HOME DEPOT and have your serial number handy to find out what the warranty is on your model.If you describe the problems you are having, I’m sure that we can help you troubleshoot your heater with you.

Info lik thet dont get yuo hot watr. You got to get somebody to fix or repalc it, not the factry or Hom Deopot. Iuo can wate more days for nothig.
