        I installed a new hot water heater now when I take a shower I have to keep shutting down the cold water to keep the water temp where I like it should I replace the faucet assembly thanks

          If it is an electric water heater, then the thermostats may still be at the factory setting of 120 degrees and you may want to raise them to 140 degrees.

            hj my water heater is a gas model Ihave turned the temp up as far as it will go and it does the same thing thanks for the suggestion any further info would be appreciated thanks again Bob
