My upstairs toilet must be plunged almost every time to get it to flush. If you use the handle you get normal sounds and water moves but now swirling and no “suction” to take down the toiled paper. After plunging severl times you can achive the “swirl” and everything finally goes down. We have replaced all the pieces in the tank. What is my next step? A plumber, someone to auge the lines, replace the old toilet? Thanks, any suggestions will be of help. Natalie

Call a licensed plumber and have her/him auger the WC and check the float and and water level inside the tank.
