I was wondering if there are codes, I’m in OHIO, for the max distance a toilet can be away from the stack. I’m considering remodeling my upstairs master bath. Would going over 6ft cause any problem? Thanks

Most codes (Model) only are concerned with total fixture units connected (1 cu ft is an FU) and the venting location in relation to either the fixture or fixture trap.
The venting in legitimate codes is governed by developed length and or fixture units connected.
I personally would strongly suggest you check a local code rather then just the state code and do not take anyone’s word for what they think the code interpretation is unless they are locally licensed
