We have rusty colored water – hot water only. Sometimes it is just barely color tinged- other times it is worse. We drained the hot water heater twice and although the color is slightly improved, in a clear glass you can still see the rust color. It is a 4 1/2 year old gas water heater. We have a water softener. Any suggestions? [email protected]
