        I AM THE PRES OF SEACAPE CONDOS. WE HAVE HAD 5 WATERLINE BREAKS IN THE LAST 6 MOS. MY PLUMBER SAYS WE NEED TO CHECK THE POLYBUTAL PIPE CLASS ACTION SUITE AS THIS SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM. WHERE DO I START TO LOOK ANS ASK

          Look for the plumbing officals who took graft to approve this shit.

          Then go after the bums who installed it.
