We just replaced the garbage disposal and now I just ran a load of dishes and when the cycle was complete there was still water remaining on the bottom of the diswasher. Would you have any idea of why this is happening?

Does your drain hose from the dishwasher connect to the garbage disposal? Did you remove the drain knockout in the new disposal?

Your drain hose must come in from the bottom of the cabinet and, extend above to G/D as high as possible then bring down to connect.That will keep the waste water from returning into D/W after being out of unit
