Charging battery opertated sump pump

I have a ‘Blue Angel’ battery operated sump pump. The charger which is attached all of the time doesn’t seem to keep the battery fully charged. Where can I get a new charger for this product.

I would be inclined to take the batterey and charger in to get checked, whats the say the batterey hasn’t died. Then you have bought a unneed charger
