Where can I find a pressure test kit to buy or rent? I have only found a wholesale supply company that has then, but won’t sell to me. I was hoping somewhere on the web would have them.

Normally to test a “DWV” piping systems you use potable at a height of 10 feet.
This will give you almost 5 PSI
Then you wait about an hour to make sure no leaks occur.
Other piping systems vary as to pressure testing but most localities will go the for 10 ft head
