        PLEASE HELP ONLY HAVE HOT WATER FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR ABOUT 3 INCHES IN A TUB.ALREADY REPLACED HOT WATER SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE , ELEMENTS ARE GOOD, THERMOST AND FILLER TUBE REPLACED IN NEW HOT WATER HEATER ,GOOD POWER TO HOT WATER HEATER ,TEMPATURE IS GOOD ,NO LEAK IN PIPES APPEARS METER READING GOOD. PLEASE HELP RICK

          What size water heater is it? If it is a 40 gallon that might be about right if you do not have a restricted shower head. Have you had a plumber check to see if there is a leak under the floor, if you have a concrete slab house. I have had many customers replace their water heaters and/or repair them when the real problem was that the hot water was being drained by a severe water leak.

            it a 30 gallon tank but, i think that should fill a tube and more than one person should be able to take a shower ,there appears to be no leaks in the the pipes and our water bill is normal thanks, rick
