Last week I woke up to a knock on the door – my yard was causing a river down the street. This was due to the breakage of the “big blue” pipes in my yard. My house is 15 years old and I understand that the limit on the class action suit is 10 years. It cost a thousand dollars to replace the pipes – do I have any other resources to recoup my loss? thanks

Sorry for the short reply.. Hit enter by mistake. We have worked within the law suit for the past 8 years and 5 years past the 10 year deadline is too long to attempt to go through the appeals process. Good luck…
