I recently purchased a Moen 7730 W faucet (July 2001). I have it installed but have a problem. After the faucet is shut off, the water continues to drip slowly and a glass a night accumulates. All connections are tight and there are no leaks underneath the sink. I am not sure what to do? The cartridge should not be bad as it is a new product.
Help for a cluless plumber want to be in Texas greatly appreciated!

When you installed it did you take out the cartridge and flush out the piping 1st?
If not then try it and if it continues to drip get a new cartridge FREE of charge from Moen
