        I have a Case toilet, 1950 vintage, that I would like to replace but
        the anchor bolt spacing seems to be different from standard. I know their toilet seats have different bolt spacing than those replacement seats available.

        Can I mount a replacement toilet on the existing anchor bolts?

          Ifit is a wall hung toilet then a new toilet will not fit unless you remove the upper hanger bar and install the missing upper bolts on the carrier.
