        Need to know about class action suit on polybutylene? Its with Spencer Dupont and Cox Shell. Our house had a leak & the Washington post did a write up on it. I need to know how to get part of the settlement. Our plumber told us about it but I don’t know how to contact anybody. We had a leak!!!! Please advise

          There are hundreds, if not thousands, of sites that have the information on the Internet. Right now you house would have to have been built after 8/88 and before 1995. Any leaks would have to have been in the first 12 years after it was built. The PB contact phone number is 1-800-356-3496.

            I work for a law firm in Cinti. and we are involved in a similar suit. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
