what sucks about nextel,been a customer for 2 years.i will say this have noticed on occasion all circuits are busy in the early afternoon.but the direct connect feature has me sold.

nextel direct has its good points but, from 8:30 to10:00 and from 11:45 to 1:00 direct connect suffers from lack of access because of heavy telephone usage, just watch the signal strength bars go up and down when the unit is in one place all day.

Yeah next hell is great if you have time waiting for service and forget about help information.
Talk about rude these bastards wrote the book.
AT&T or Horizon anything has to be better then this crap worst service I ever had IM back at AT&T
