        the water in my country-MALAYSIA is quite clean.i have been using copper piping for my customers water supply to their kitchen sink, and quite a number of them have asked me if copper pipes will cause water to become toxic or harmful for human consumption?what about pvc pipes?

          Mick. Unless copper is being corroded from the inside, I would prefer to use copper at all times, however if the copper is corroding giving the water suspended copper in more than W.H.O recommended quantities I then turn to Cross linked Polyethylene. uPVC is Carcenegenic and the Solvent Cement and Cleaner are both Toluene based and are Carcenegenic.
