My new rental has low water pressure throughout the entire house. Is this possibly a water district issue or do I need to get the house’s pipes looked at? I am new to the area and don’t know where to start in finding a solution.

check the front hose tap of the houses either side of you, if their pressure is the same as yours, its a district problem. If its greater then its your problem alone and might need a local plumber to check it out.
