What is considered to be an adequate amount of time for pvc multipurpose cement to cure? Is this the amount of time to allow before testing the connection under pressure?

On the container there should be instructions. These instructions state – do not move joint for 10mins & do not test or put under pressure for 24 hours. Remember these solvent’s and cleaner’s are highly carcenegenic – so use the correct protection!
