        Are copper pipes better or PVC for a new home construction? I have had copper pipe pin hole leaks in my current home – But, we are building a new home and I don’t know which way to go.

          Cooper will continue to be your best bet for plumbing. the other choice is CPVC.
          If you are building a new house I recommended you also look at the Just Right offered by NIBCO http://www.nibco.com
