I have heard of a class action lawsuit against a company that produced a flexible (like a stiffer garden hose) gray water pipe named Quest. I recently purchased a home that has a similar water pipe system that carries hot and cold water. I want to replace it with copper pipe. I heard that I may be able to get compensation from the lawsuit for this stuff. Thanks

You have 10 years to make a claim. Call 800-356-3496. They will ask if you have had three leaks in the preceeding 10 years.

As a clarification, mobile homes are limited to ten years, but they give an eleventh year to submit claims. Regular construction has a 12 year limit, again with a thirteenth year to make the submittal.
